25 years in IT.

I'm Tevž Grögl. I work full-time as a project manager at a software company, and Sagitrova is what I do on the side – business process optimization.

In 25 years in IT I've seen almost everything: where a bottleneck forms, why a project stalls, which approach actually works and which is just a passing trend. I use that experience to dig into your process and your specific problem – only then do I choose the right way to fix it.

The name Sagitrova wasn't picked at random. I used to compete in archery – sagitta is Latin for arrow, trovare is Italian for to find. I bring the same precision to my work: look carefully at where to aim, only then pull the trigger on development.

I don't sell one recipe for every company. Every client has their own process and their own problem – I adapt the approach to that, not the other way around.
