A short process review
We talk about where in your business the most manual, repetitive work happens. Together we assess whether optimizing that process is even worth it – and whether it makes sense now or later.

A paid pilot with a fixed scope
Before we start, we agree exactly what the pilot will do and how we'll measure that it works. No scope creep without agreement – and no risk of paying for something that doesn't pan out.

Handover and maintenance
After handover the solution runs on its own and belongs to you. If you'd like, I keep maintaining and extending it on a monthly basis – no lock-in if you decide otherwise.
